Educational Supervisor - Primary

Ms Lorna Gomes joined the Millennium School in May 2010, with over 10 years of experience in the field of school education prior to this in India. Her leadership skills saw her moving from the post of a Primary teacher to that of being an Assistant Supervisor and finally, Educational Supervisor of Grades 3 and 4. Lorna believes in developing the inherent potential of each student under her care. Lorna’s strength lies in her flair for and command over the English language, her creativity and her prowess in music, and she has used these talents to make significant contributions to the school. 

Lorna graduated from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai in 1988 with a degree in Sociology. She then taught Music for 5 years and this is when she realised that teaching was her true passion. She subsequently went on to secure a B.Ed. from St. Xavier’s Institute of Education, Mumbai in 1994.She has taught in prestigious institutions like St. Mary’s School and Bombay Scottish School, Mumbai.
