Nigel Peres

With over 12 years of dedicated music teaching experience, including four years in the classroom, Mr. Peres brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep love for the art of sound to our school community.He joined the Millennium School in 2019 as the Middle School Music Teacher and was appointed as Head of Performing Arts in 2023.

With a solid foundation in education, including a Professional Certificate in Teaching and Learning (PgCTL) and a passion for fostering creativity, Mr. Peres has successfully imparted the joy of music to countless students throughout the years.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he was a recipient of the TMS Best Teacher Award in 2023. He is also an Award Leader for the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

In addition to teaching responsibilities, Mr. Peres plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience of school events. ensuring that every performance, concert, and event is a captivating and unforgettable experience.

As Mr. Peres continues to lead the Performing Arts Department at The Millennium School, Dubai, he remains committed to nurturing a love for music, inspiring creativity, and instilling a lifelong appreciation for the arts in our students.
